Founded in 1997,  our initial focus was on point of care medical devices in the field of critical care. Since our journey began with sterile products in anaesthesiology, cardiac surgery and cardiology specialties, the name “Steranco” aptly evolved .

We were the first in the country to introduce Thrombelastography. Thrombelastography accurately guides the clinician in transfusing right blood products to the right patient at the right time. The concept was well received by the medical fraternity and today we have more than 300 hospitals across India using our products.

Our heightened  presence in the field of blood management and critical care , encouraged us to expand into pharmaceuticals and several other therapeutic areas to improve patient outcomes. Today we have a global presence in 10 countries.
